The Deep Creek Alumni Association Scholarship application for the class of 2018 is available. It is offered to graduating Seniors who are children or grandchildren of DC graduates. To apply, contact Anneke Winslow in the DCHS Guidance Department, 558-5300. You can also find the application on the Deep Creek High website by clicking on the link to Scholarships. Deadline is March 6, 2018.

Bette Monell Spaugh, 68, (DCHS Class of '68) passed away peacefully surrounded by her family Monday, January 22. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lynwood and Robert Monell and her husband, Reverend Daniel G. Spaugh. She was a native of Portsmouth and a retired banker.
